Due to the so-called snapback mechanism of the E3 countries, the UN sanctions against Iran have been reinstated. These were implemented by the
European Union with Regulations (EU) 2025/1975, 2025/1980, and 2025/1982 of September 29, 2025, amending Regulation (EU) 267/2012.

Our bank is directly affected by the restrictive measures. The next steps are currently being carefully coordinated. We therefore ask for your
